Things my mother cooked - Spaghetti and bacon for one

1 portion of uncook spaghetti/spaghettini
10oz / 296ml of Tomato juice
4 slice of bacon (or as much as you want)
Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook bacon to a crisp, drain and put aside.
In a medium saucepan, bring to a boil enough water to cook the pasta,
when your pasta is almost cook, drain it, put it back in the saucepan, add the bacon
and the tomato juice, salt and pepper.

At low heat cover and finish cooking, stir often (about 10 to 15 minutes)

Enjoy.
